Welcome to Kelvyx. These terms govern your use of kelvyx.co.uk and any order you place with us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

These terms are governed by English law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Who We Are

2. Using This Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your account details secure. You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems, or another user's account
• Copy, reproduce, or reuse our content, designs, or branding without permission (see Section 6)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.

3. Products & Availability

Every product shown on Kelvyx is made to order. We make every effort to display colours, materials, and sizing as accurately as possible, but small variations are inherent to handmade and custom-manufactured goods — see our Returns Policy for more detail on colour and size tolerances.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product at any time. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we'll contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before processing it, and you'll have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order, via the payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers — we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we're free to accept or decline. A contract between you and Kelvyx is only formed once we've confirmed your order by email. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability where a pricing or stock error has occurred (see Section 4).

Because every item is made to your order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Please see our Returns Policy for how this affects your right to cancel, and our Shipping Policy for production and delivery timeframes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kelvyx name, logo, brand marks, product designs, photography, and all content on this site are the property of Kelvyx Limited, or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this material for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products, including loss of profits, business, or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We'd encourage you to check this page occasionally if you shop with us regularly.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live elsewhere in the UK, in which case mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply.
